instructions:

  1. slit the green chilies and cut the onions
  2. add the oil, urad dal, mustard seeds, chilies, and onions when the pot is hot
  3. add the frozen vegetables after a minute of sauteing
  4. add water after 2 minutes and put the lid until the water boils
  5. add the vermicelli and salt
  6. wait for all the water to boil away
  7. garnish with roasted peanuts

presentation: 8/10, needed more garnishes, and could have had a side dish like chutney
