making omelettes!
(this should be enough for 2 omelettes)
ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 4 small onions
- 1 tomato
- 4 green chilies
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- a pinch of salt
- a sprig of curry leaves
instructions:
- crack the eggs and beat them in a bowl
- cut the onions into small pieces and mix them in
- cut the tomato into small pieces and mix them in
- cut the green chilies along the width and mix them in
- cut the curry leaves into small strips and mix them in with the salt
- turn the stove to 6 and put the oil in the pan
- pour half of your mixture into the pan
- put a cover on the pan
- flip the omelette when one side is cooked
- take the omelette off when it's fully cooked
- repeat steps 7 to 10 for the rest of the mixture

presentation: 9/10, would have looked better with more colors
taste: 8/10, needed more salt
